Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Both PACS & OCS Quota:
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Must have passed Matric & 10+2 from Himachal Pradesh (Not applicable to Bonafide Himachalis).
Experience Requirement
- PACS Quota: Minimum 3 years continuous service as Secretary in PACS.
- OCS Quota: Minimum 5 years continuous service in Cooperative Society.
Experience certificate must be:
- Issued by Inspector of Society
- Countersigned by Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, HP
- Supported by statutory audit report & resolution copy
Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum: 18 Years
- Maximum: 45 Years
- Candidates born between 02.01.1981 and 01.01.2008 are eligible
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST/OBC/WFF – 5 Years
- PwBD – 5 Years
- Ex-Servicemen – As per HP Govt rules
Age relaxation applicable only to Bonafide Himachali candidates.
