Selection Process
The selection will be purely merit-based:
- First Preference: GATE/NET Score (2023–2026)

Merit List Preparation:
- GATE/NET qualified candidates placed first in merit order
- Followed by candidates ranked based on academic marks
In case of tie:
- Higher percentage in qualifying exam will decide merit.

- Initial engagement: 6 months
- Extendable in 6-month spells
- Maximum duration: 3 years
- One-day break between extensions
