 Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

• Master’s Degree in Fisheries Science or Aquaculture
• Specialization in:

 Experience Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in:

• Formulation or implementation of schemes/projects in:
  • Aquaculture
  • Mariculture
  • Fisheries post-harvest processing
  • Value addition in Fisheries sector

 Salary / Remuneration

• Remuneration is negotiable (as per last/current pay drawn).
• Paid on a monthly basis.
• Annual increment subject to satisfactory performance.
• No additional allowances or facilities.
• Remuneration inclusive of applicable taxes.

 Contract Period

• Initial contract: 3 years
• Extendable by 1 year (Maximum 4 years)
• Extension based on satisfactory Annual Performance Review and KPIs.
