Management Trainee (Civil / Law)
Training Stipend: ₹50,000 per month
After Training: Assistant Manager (E-3 Level)
Pay Scale: ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500
Junior Management Trainee (Civil)
Training Stipend: ₹30,000 per month
After Training: Junior Manager (E-2 Level)
Pay Scale: ₹44,900 – ₹1,42,400
Office Assistant Grade-III Trainee
Training Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
After Training Pay Scale: ₹29,300 – ₹92,400
Employees will also receive DA, HRA, medical benefits, allowances, insurance and NPS as per company rules.

Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks
Management Trainee (Law)
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university
