Stipend
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend as per the Apprentices Act and Apprenticeship Rules issued by the Government of India.
The exact stipend amount will depend on the category of apprenticeship (Trade, Technician, or Graduate).
Selection Process
The selection process is completely merit based.
Steps involved:
Candidates must register on NATS or NAPS portal.
Applications will be shortlisted based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam.
A merit list will be prepared.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification.
Candidates must also pass a Pre-Engagement Medical Examination.
Important:
There will be NO written exam and NO interview.
Training Duration
Total Apprenticeship Period: 12 Months
After completion of training, IOCL is not obligated to offer permanent employment.
