 Educational Qualification

Candidates must have:

  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university (Govt. of India/AICTE approved).
  • Desirable: 2-Year Full-Time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management.
  • Regulatory Certifications such as NISM/IRDA (Preferred).

Experience Required (Post-wise)

AVP II – Group Head

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Wealth Management/Retail Banking/Investments.
  • 5 years managing large teams at Regional Level.

AVP II – Territory Head

  • Minimum 6 years experience in Wealth Management.
  • At least 2 years as Team Lead.

Deputy Manager – Senior Relationship Manager

  • Minimum 3 years as Relationship Manager in Banks/Broking Firms/AMCs.

Deputy Manager – Wealth Strategist

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Investment/Insurance advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Insurance products.

 Selection Process

The selection process may include:
