Educational Qualification ISRO IIRS JRF Recruitment 2025
Candidates must possess an M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc (Engg.) in First Class with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA OR an M.Sc in First Class with a minimum of 65% aggregate or 6.84 CGPA.

Salary details ISRO IIRS JRF Recruitment 2025
The selected candidates for the JRF position will receive a monthly fellowship stipend of Rs.37,000/-. Additionally, House Rent Allowance (HRA) will be paid as per rules if hostel accommodation is not provided. After two years, the fellowship may be upgraded to Senior Research Fellow (SRF) with a stipend of Rs.42,000/- per month. The maximum tenure for a JRF and SRF combined is five years.
