1️⃣ Deputy Manager – Operations (Air Import)

SBU: Logistics Services | Grade: E2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Air Import Customs Clearance operations

  • Expertise in HS code classification, Bill of Entry filing on ICEGATE

  • Coordinate with customers for shipment updates

  • Lead a team of 10–15 staff

  • Ensure timely billing, dispatch, cargo release

  • Work with customs/logistics software

  • Maintain strong documentation and communication standards

2️⃣ Unit Head – Cold Chain

SBU: Cold Chain | Grade: E2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Store, Labour, and Transport Management

  • Improve capacity utilization in coordination with Marketing

  • Ensure timely billing, reconciliation

  • Manage temperature-controlled warehouse operations

  • Ensure compliance with EHS, Factory Acts, pollution board norms

  • Conduct audits, training, deviation handling

  • Prepare MIS, monitor slow/non-moving inventory

3️⃣ Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance

SBU: Logistics Infrastructure | Grade: E2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts, audit, GST, budgeting, MIS

  • SAP-FICO expertise is mandatory

  • Provide financial advice, maintain accurate records

  • Monitor working capital & debtors

  • Ensure statutory compliance & reporting

  • Support government, parliamentary report submissions

4️⃣ Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management

  • Assist in procurement planning

🟩 Salary Structure (CTC & Take-Home Pay)

Grade E2

  • Basic Pay: ₹50,000

  • CTC:

    • X City: ₹17.78 lakh/year

    • Y City: ₹17.18 lakh/year

    • Z City: ₹16.58 lakh/year

  • Includes DA, HRA, medical, perks, PRP, leave encashment, retirement benefits.

Grade E1

  • Basic Pay: ₹40,000

  • CTC:
