Age Limit
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- Relaxations:
- SC/ST: +5 years
- OBC: +3 years
- Candidates with relevant work experience in capital markets/financial services: up to 10 years additional relaxation.
Post-wise Qualification & Experience
1. Chartered Accountant & CFO
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 1–3 years in audit, accounting, or finance (preferably in equity broking firms).
Job Role: Handle audits, regulatory compliance, risk management, GST, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors/regulators.
2. Institutional Dealer
Qualification: Graduate with minimum 50% marks.
Experience: 3–5 years in equity brokerage (Institutional Dealing preferred).
Skills: Bloomberg/Omnesys, NEAT/ODIN/NOW systems, Excel proficiency, trade execution, client management.
3. Research Analyst
Qualification: MBA (Finance) or CFA.
Experience: 3–5 years in equity research/financial institutions.
Role: Fundamental and technical research, preparing financial models, stock recommendations, and client presentations.
4. Surveillance Officer
Qualification: Graduate with minimum 50% marks.
Experience: 3–5 years in Surveillance/Compliance roles in stock broking.
Role: Trade monitoring, regulatory compliance (SEBI/NSE/BSE), data analysis, and reporting.
5. Information Technology Officer
Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in CS/IT/Electronics/Instrumentation or MCA with at least 50% marks + OS certifications (RHCE/MCSA).
Experience: 1.5–3 years in IT maintenance, network management, and software systems.
Role: Maintain systems, servers, and IT infrastructure of the company.
6. Back Office – Compliance & Reporting
Qualification: Graduate with 50% marks.
Experience: 3–5 years in clearing, settlements, and regulatory reporting.
Role: Handle settlement of trades, reconciliations, SEBI/BSE/NSE reporting, and audit compliance.
7. Retail Dealer
Qualification: Graduate with 50% marks + NISM/NCFM preferred.
Experience: 0.5–1 year in front office dealing or client services.
Role: Client acquisition, trade execution, portfolio handling, and investment advisory.
