Educational Qualification ICSIL Data Entry Operator (CATS) Recruitment
- Graduate Degree from any recognized university
- Computer proficiency is mandatory
- Preference will be given to candidates having EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) qualification
Experience & Typing Speed
- Minimum 06 months experience as a Data Entry Operator
- Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (WPM)
Job Profile & Shift Details
The selected Data Entry Operators will work in the CATS Control Room, where their responsibilities include:
- Receiving emergency calls from public/PCR
- Dispatching calls to the nearest available ambulances
- Monitoring follow-up calls and ambulance movement
- Supervising ambulance operations by private operators
- Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor
Shift Schedule (24 Duties per Month)
- Morning Shift: 08:00 AM – 02:00 PM (6 hrs) – 08 duties
- Evening Shift: 02:00 PM – 08:00 PM (6 hrs) – 08 duties
- Night Shift: 08:00 PM – 08:00 AM (12 hrs) – 08 duties
Age Limit (as on last date of application)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
Salary / Remuneration
- ?24,356 per month
- Salary is paid as per Minimum Wages of GNCTD
