Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has released an official notification Advt. No. DMRC/PERS/22/HR/2026 (220) dated 06 January 2026 for the recruitment of Manager (Legal & Finance) on a Fixed Term Contractual Engagement (FTCE) basis. The selected candidate will be deployed for Mumbai Metro Line-3 (Aqua Line) operations and maintenance work.

Eligibility Criteria (As on 01/01/2026)

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university

Experience

  • Overall 8 years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in contract management
  • 2 years experience in MRTS or transportation sector will be preferred
  • Must be working / have worked in Govt., PSU, Metro or Private organization
  • Annual CTC must be ?8 lakh or above

Age Limit

  • Maximum 40 years

Job Responsibilities

The selected Manager (Legal & Finance) will be responsible for:

  • Legal and financial matters related to DMRC’s Mumbai Metro Line-3
  • Contract management, statutory compliance, and labour laws
  • EPC/OMC contract structures and financial documentation
  • Coordination with stakeholders and project teams

Post Monthly Consolidated Salary

Additional Information

  • Salary is inclusive of all benefits (HRA, Transport, Medical, LTA, etc.)
  • PF deduction as per EPF Act
  • Gratuity applicable under Gratuity Act
  • No claim for regularization

Selection Process

  • Personal Interview
  • Medical Fitness Examination (Executive/Non-Technical category)

Final selection will be based on performance in the interview and medical fitness.
