Education Qualification :- Technician :- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from an institution which is approved by the state government.
Application (neatly typed) mentioning the Name, Father’s/Husband’s Name, Address, Date of Birth, Qualification, Experience, if any, along with attested copies of testimonials (all educational and technical qualifications) i.e., Date of Birth Certificate, Qualification and Experience Certificates and recent passport size photographs (Two) should reach at the Directorate (M) Delhi Office, the HIV/AIDS cell, ESI Dispensary Complex, Tilak Vihar, Near Tilak Vihar Police Chowki, New Delhi – 110 018 by 21-02-2011 before 5.30 PM. Applications received after the stipulated date / time will not be entertained and no correspondence will be made in this regard. Application can be submitted by hand or by speed post / Registered post on the above mentioned address. Name of the post (applied for) may also be mentioned on the top of the envelope.
