Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

• Engineering graduates for technical posts (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Naval Architecture)

• Graduates and Postgraduates in Management/HR for HR roles

• Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety for Safety positions

• Chartered Accountant / ICWAI for Finance roles

• Relevant experience in Indian Navy, PSUs, or reputed private companies is mandatory

Age Limit:

• Varies from 35 years (Deputy Manager) to 62 years (Consultant) depending on the post

• Relaxations applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and ex-servicemen as per government rules

Pay Scale & Benefits
