Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the official notification CBSE/Rectt.Cell/14(88)/2025 dated 02.12.2025 inviting online applications for Direct Recruitment Quota Examination 2026 (DRQ-2026). This is a massive all-India recruitment drive for Group A, B, and C posts across CBSE offices.

Eligible candidates can apply online from 02 December 2025 to 22 December 2025 (11:59 PM).

? CBSE Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility varies according to the post. Below is a summary:

1. Assistant Secretary (Group A)

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Age Limit: 35 years
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2 + Interview

2. Assistant Professor & Assistant Director (Academics/Training/Skill Education)

  • PG Degree with 55% marks
  • Desirable: B.Ed/M.Ed, NET, JRF, PhD
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2 + Interview

3. Accounts Officer

  • Graduation with Commerce/Economics/Finance OR
  • MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA
  • Age Limit: 35 years
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2 + Interview

4. Superintendent (Group B)

  • Graduation + Computer Knowledge
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2 + Typing Test (Qualifying)

5. Junior Translation Officer (JTO)

  • Master’s in Hindi/English + Translation Diploma
  • Age Limit: 30 years
  • Selection: Tier-1 + Tier-2

6. Junior Accountant (Group C)

  • 12th with Accountancy/Commerce/Finance subjects
  • Typing Skill Mandatory
