Qualification & Experience 50% MARKS must be obtained from Madhymik onwards.
1. Higher Secondary (Science Stream) passed from recognized Board / Institute with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics.
2. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) from West Bengal State Medical Faculty/AICTE recognized institute.
Preferential Qualifications:
1. Knowledge in Computer, MS Office and Internet is required
2. One year Experience in RNTCP or Sputum smear microscopy.
3. Candidate with higher qualification (for e.g.,:- Graduate) shall be preferred.
Mode of Selection:- As per Scoring parameter and interview.
How to apply:-
1. Prescribed Application Forms & other details i.e. eligibility etc. is available by downloading from the website www.bankura.nic.in or www.wbhealth.gov.in. No other format of application form will be entertained / accepted.
2. Application Fees:- Applicant must deposit the application fees (non-refundable) of Rs.100/- only for UR, OBC category and Rs.50/-only for reserved category (SC/ST only) through National Electronic Fund Transfer( NEFT) in favour of “District Health &Family Samity Bankura A/c Construction”, Account no- 0193013133910. IFSC code-UTBIOBNK204, UBI, Bankura Branch. Application fees deposit chalan / Print Copy (in case of internet banking) has to be submitted at the time of application, failing which the candidature will be rejected.
3. Complete application along with self attested all testimonials in support of age, qualification, experiences, residence etc. must be submitted to The Chief Medical Officer of Health, Bankura, Tamlibandh, Patpur Road, Post+Dist-Bankura - 722101 by Speed Post only so that the same must reach the CMOH Office on or before 20/02/2020 up to 4.30 p.m No application will be received thereafter.
