Qualification & Experience : li)The candidates should have two years Diploma Certificate in
Pharmacy ( D-Pharma) (Allopathy) recognized by the covt. of West Bengal.
(ii) Reeistered as'A' category Pharmaclst under the West Bengal Pharmacy Council.
Note : 1. Format for application is to be downloaded from the official website of Durgapur Municipal
Corporation (http://www. durga p u rmu n icipa lcorporation.org). lt is to be neatly filled with black
ball pen. Self attested documents as asked for in the Application Form are to be attached.
Passport size photographs are to be pasted on the space marked for it duly signed by the
candidate. Alltestimonials in original are to be produced for verification when asked for.
2. Application form along with requisite documents is to be submitted through Registered
Post/Speed Post with AD addressing to the Commissioner, Durgapur Municipal Corporation,
City Centre, Durgap ur-713216. Applications submitted through any other mode other than that
mentioned above will not be accepted. Name of the post to be mentioned on the Envelope
clearlv.
3. A list of shortlisted candidates based on primary scrutiny of application will be uploaded in
the official website of DMC (http://www. d u rgap u rm u n icipa Icorporation. org)
4. The admit card of the eligible candidates will be sent to their e-mail address within ten days
before the commencement of the examination. The date of examination will be published
through the Official Website shortly. lf any candidate does not receive the Admit Card, he/she
will have to collect the same from the Durgapur Municipal Corporatlon Head Office.
