Essential Qualification NIACL Administrative Officers Recruitment

Candidates must have the following qualifications as of 01/08/2025 from a recognized university. A minimum of 60% marks is required (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

• Generalists: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Risk Engineers: Engineering Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline.
• Automobile Engineers: B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Automobile Engineering.
• Legal Specialists: Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Law.
• Accounts Specialists: Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or MBA Finance or M.Com.
• AO (Health): M.B.B.S, M.D., M.S., B.D.S, BAMS, or BHMS degree.
• IT Specialists: B.E./B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in IT or Computer Science or MCA.
• Business Analysts: Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial or Data Science.
• Company Secretary: ACS/FCS from ICSI and a Graduation/Post-graduation degree.
• Actuarial Specialists: Degree in any discipline and must have cleared minimum four Actuarial papers.

Approx. Rs. 90,000 per month in Metro Centers

Selection Process NIACL Administrative Officers Recruitment

1. Phase-I (Preliminary Exam): An online objective test of 100 marks.
2. Phase-II (Main Exam): An online exam with objective (200 marks) and descriptive tests (30 marks).
3. Interview: Candidates shortlisted from Phase-II will be called for an interview.
4. Final Selection: Based on the combined marks of the Main exam (objective part) and Interview in a 75:25 ratio.
