Essential Qualification IIM Junior Programmer,Associate and Other Recruitment

  • Senior Associate (Corporate Relations, EMBA, Accreditation & Ranking)
    • Graduate degree with 2 years of experience OR
    • Postgraduate degree with 1 year of experience.
  • Junior Associate (EMBA, Media, Admin, HR, Purchase, CAO Office)
    • Any Graduate degree with 60% marks.
    • Preference for candidates with one year of experience.
  • Junior Associate - Estate Office
    • B.E or B.Tech in Civil/Electrical with 60% marks OR
    • Diploma in Civil/Electrical with 2 years experience.
  • Associate - Programs
    • Graduate degree with 1 year of experience OR
    • Postgraduate degree.
  • Associate - Application Development
    • BE/BTech/MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT with 1 year experience OR
    • BCA/BSC in CS/IT with 2 years experience OR
    • Diploma in CS/IT with 4 years experience.
  • Junior Programmer
    • BE/BTech/M.Sc/MCA in CS/IT with 1 year experience OR
    • BCA/B.Sc in CS/IT with 2 years experience.
  • Junior Manager (Digital Marketing, MSDSM)
    • Postgraduate degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Deputy Manager - International Relation
    • Postgraduate degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts
    • B.Com with CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) and 5 years experience.

    • B.Com with CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter) and 8 years experience.
  • Library Information Assistant
    • M.Lib.Sc with 1 year of experience OR
    • B.Lib.Sc with 2 years of experience.
  • Library Professional Trainee
    • M.Lib.Sc with a minimum of 60% marks.

For all posts, candidates must have knowledge of MS Office and good communication skills.

Selection Process IIM Junior Programmer,Associate and Other Recruitment

  1. The Institute will screen applications first.
  2. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Written Test, Skill Test, or Interview.
  3. Fulfilling the minimum criteria does not guarantee a call for the test or interview.
  4. The final selection will be based on performance in the selection process.
