Qualification & Experience: ) Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 50%. Minimum 05 years of experience After Graduation in special repairs ,ordinary repairs & construction of Building works.
2) Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution with minimum 50%. Minimum 07 years of experience After Diploma in special repairs , ordinary repairs & construction of Building works.
3) Thorough Knowledge of Estimation & Costing, Rate analysis, Study of Architectural and Structural drawings, Supervision of works, Recording of M.B, Detailed specifications of item of works, etc. is essential.
4) Experience of working with Government\Semi Government\ Government Aided Organisation will be preferred.
5) Basic knowledge of computer (M S Office, Word, Excel , Power Point).
6) Knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi languages.
