Essential Qualification UPSC Recruitment 2025
- Army Wing of National Defence Academy:
- 12th Class pass (10+2 pattern) or equivalent.
- Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy AND 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at Indian Naval Academy:
- 12th Class pass (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent.
Candidates appearing in the 12th Class can also apply. Such candidates must submit proof of passing by 10/06/2026.
UPSC Recruitment 2025 Age Limit

Selection Process UPSC NDA II Recruitment
- Written Examination:
- Mathematics (Code 01): 2.5 Hours, 300 Marks.
- General Ability Test (Code 02): 2.5 Hours, 600 Marks.
- Both papers will have objective type questions.
- Penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers.
- Services Selection Board (SSB) Interview:
- Intelligence and Personality Test (900 Marks).
- Two-stage selection procedure: Stage I (OIR and PP&DT) and Stage II (Interview, Group Testing, Psychology Tests, Conference).
- Medical Examination.
