Deputy Registrar : Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience of at least 5 years as Assistant Registrar or in a post in Level 10 and above or equivalent in one or more of the following areas: Legal, Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management etc.
Assistant Registrar : 1. Master’s degree in relevant discipline with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA. 2. 6 years relevant experience in Pay Level 6 and above or equivalent OR 3 years in Pay Level 7 and above or equivalent. 3. Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials Management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management, Legal, Contracts or experience of similar nature.
Junior Superintendent : 1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent CGPA. 2. At least 5 years of requisite experience at clerical/supervisory level after qualifying Degree in one or more of the following areas: Finance and accounts, Establishment, Materials management, Academics, Student Welfare, R&D, Secretarial Services, Hostel Management, Legal, Contracts or experience of similar nature. 3. For applicants with full time Master’s Degree, normal duration of Master’s program would be counted towards experience (maximum 2 years).
Junior Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent CGPA.
Sports Officer : 1. Master's degree in Physical Education / Sports Science with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade point average with relevant experience of 6 years after the qualifying degree in Level 6 or 3 years in Level 7 and above. 2. For applicants with Ph. D. Degree in relevant discipline, normal duration of Ph. D program would be counted towards experience (maximum 3 years). 3. Applicants should have specialization in at least one sport such as Hockey, Athletics, Gymnastics, Weight lifting, Swimming, Kabaddi, Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Cricket etc. 4. N.I.S Coaching Diploma holders and medal winners in inter-university/national games will be given preference.
Junior Superintendent [Horticulture] : 1. Four Years Bachelor's degree in Horticulture/Agriculture/Forestry or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% of marks or equivalent CGPA in relevant experience of three years after the degree. If the bachelor’s degree is three years of duration in Agriculture/Horticulture/Forestry, then the relevant experience should be for four years after the degree. 2. For applicants with full time Master’s Degree, normal duration of Master’s program would be counted towards experience (maximum 2 years).
Junior Superintendent [Security] : 1. Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent CGPA. 2. At least 5 years of requisite experience in Police/Para Military Forces/Armed Forces of the Union or having experience in security services in reputed organization/Institutes such as Firefighting/Electronic Surveillance/Crowd Management/Protocol Officer or experience of similar nature. Applicants should be conversant with security rules and procedures and should possess valid driving license for light motor vehicle and motor cycle. 3. For applicants with full time Master’s Degree, normal duration of Master’s program would be counted towards experience (maximum 2 years).
Junior Technical Superintendent [Physics] : 1. 3 Year Diploma in Applied Science/ Physics with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA with 6-year relevant experience after diploma. OR Bachelor Degree (other than B. Tech./B.E.) in Applied Science/ Physics with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA with 5-year relevant experience after degree. OR B. Tech./B.E. or equivalent degree in Physics with at least 60 % of marks or its equivalent CGPA with 3-year relevant experience after degree. 2. For applicants with full time Master’s Degree in respective discipline, normal duration of Master’s program would be counted towards experience (max 2 years).
Junior Technician [Physics] : 3-year Diploma in Applied Science/ Physics or allied fields with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA with relevant experience of Two years after the diploma. OR Bachelor's degree in Applied Science/ Physics or allied fields with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA.
Junior Technician [Chemistry] : 3-year Diploma in Applied Science/ Chemistry or allied fields with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA with relevant experience of Two years after the Diploma. OR Bachelor's degree in Applied Science/ Chemistry or allied fields with at least 60% of marks or its equivalent CGPA.
