Age :18 years to 45 years

Pay scale :20,000/- + other allowances as applicable

Community Field Coordinator Qualification & experience :

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences and Social Work. Atleast 2 years of community-based experience with added experience in project coordination or management with rural communities, preferably in the health sector. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and in a team, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, knowledge of community health systems and community mobilization. Fluency in local language (Khasi, Jaintia and Garo) and good knowledge of English. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Willingness to travel and stay frequently to the project sites and villages. We are seeking candidates passionate about improving community health and have the qualifications and skills required for this position.
