Technical Officer (Library) A Post Graduate Degree in any subject and Knowledge in Computer Applications.
Superintendent A Degree in any discipline & Diploma in Computer Application.
Stenographer/Junior Assistant (General)/ (Technical) A Degree in any discipline with Typewriting Senior Grade in English & Tamil and Shorthand Senior Grade in English & Tamil & and Diploma in Computer Application.
Assistant
A Degree in any discipline with Typewriting Senior Grade in English & Tamil &  Diploma in Computer Application.
Library Assistant Degree in Commerce / Statistics.
Record Clerk HSC – Pass, and Typewriting Junior Grade in English & Tamil & Diploma in Computer Application.
Electrician/Office Assistant SSLC – Appeared
Store Keeper/Helper / Messenger 8th Standard & Cycle riding.
