Stenographer job description:

High Court of Punjab and Haryana department under the Government of Punjab and Haryana recruiting  Stenographer in the month of August 2021.They are 445 Stenographer vacancies. The application can apply online before 07/09/2021. The minimum qualification required for the Stenographer post is Graduation and the Selection will be based on  English Shorthand Test & Computer Proficiency Test.

Stenographer Qualification & experience : 

Candidates should possess Graduation from any stream and must have proficiency in operation of computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).
He/she should have passed matriculation examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subject.
The candidates will have to qualify the English Shorthand Test and its Transcription at the speed of 80 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively.

Stenographer Selection Process :    

Selection will be based on  English Shorthand Test & Computer Proficiency Test.
