Pay Scale: Rs.27650-52650
Educational Qualifications: 1. Must have passed PUC in Science recognized by Government of Karnataka. 2. Must be holder of a Certificate for having passed Blood Bank / Laboratory Technician Training course conducted by an Institution recognized by the Government of Karnataka. 3. Must have experience for not less than two years in junior laboratory Technician. 4. Preference will be given to the candidates who has worked in Histopathology, Biochemistry and Microbiology department in the NABL and NABH accredited Hospital
The Application can be obtained on payment of Cash / D.D in the name of the Director, Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopaedics, Byrasandra, Jayanagar East, Bangalore. For Sl. No. 1, 2, & 3 posts application fee will be Rs. 2,000/- in respect of GM, and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST and Category –I candidates. For Sl. No. 4 to 9 posts application fee will be 1000/- in respect of GM, and Rs. 250/- for SC/ST /Category –I and Physical Handicapped candidates. SC/ST / Category -I / Physical Handicapped the candidates should produce copy of Caste / Handicapped certificate before obtaining the application. The last date for receiving the completed application forms to this office is up to 4:00 PM on 05.03.2019. Applications will not be received after 4:00 PM either directly or by post.
