Job Profile:
This job involves providing administrative support for all the activities of the program office. This includes making logistical and administrative arrangements - booking program venue, accommodation, deskspace, sending out announcements, arrangements for caterings, ground transport, AV recordings, etc, managing and maintaining an effective filing system for all files and assist in analysing feedback forms filled by participants, and any other task assigned by the program office.
Essential Qualification & Experience:
Graduate degree (preferably in Science) from a recognised university with minimum of 55% marks
Familiarity with computers, internet and Microsoft office applications.
Minimum one year of work experience in a medium /large sized organisation preferably an academic/research institution
Interview on 30 October 2015 strictly during 11 am - 12:30
