Qualification & Experience: 1. Full time BE/BTech degree from a recognized  Indian University.  2. One year Diploma/Post Diploma in Industrial  Safety from Central Labour Institute or Regional  Labour Institute.  3. Minimum 2 years practical experience of working  in a factory in a supervisory capacity in production  or maintenance or safety department.  4. Knowledge of Hindi in devanagri script is essential


REMUNERATION AND OTHER BENEFITS –  The selected candidates will be placed at the minimum of E1scale of Rs 24900 – 50500.  Besides the Basic  Pay, Dearness Allowance,  Perks upto 46% of Basic Pay will also be paid. Other allowances and benefits such as  Leave, Leave Encashment , Medical facilities for self  and family , Performance Related Payment , Company’s  accommodation or HRA, etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules from time -to-time.   HEALTH            The applicant should have sound health. Before joining, selected candidates will have to undergo medical  examination by the Company’s Authorised Medical Officer and the appointment will be subject to meeting the  health standards prescribed by the Company. The candidates are advised in their own interest that they should get  themselves thoroughly examined by the Competent Medical Officer.                The definition of Locomotor Disability,  for Physically Challenged candidates under 'The Persons with  Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995', are as under :              Locomotor Disability – means minimum 40% of physical defect or deformity which causes an interference  with the normal functioning of the bones, muscles and joints.               The Physically Challenged candidates are required to furnish duly stamped Medical Certificate in relation to  their disability from Government Hospital or Medical Board attached to Special Employment Exchange for the  handicap
