Eligibility Criteria:- 
(a)   Age  - Upper age limit for eligibility will be 35 years  as on 25/11/11 which is 
Relaxable  up to 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.  OBC 
candidates are required to produce ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ Certificate.      
(b)   Educational Qualification:- MBBS with PG Degree or Diploma in concerned 
Specialty from recognized university. The candidate must have valid MCI 
registration. 
3.  Emoluments: Rs15600/- - Rs39100/- + (G.P) Rs 6600/- p.m + usual allowances as 
per rules. 
4. Application Fee:- Rs 300/- in the form of Demand Draft/ Bankers Cheques payable 
in favour of ESIC Fund A/C No. 1. SC/ST/PH and Female candidates are exempted from 
payment of Fee. 
5.  Security Deposit:- The selected candidates shall have to pay Rs10,000/- as 
Security Deposit and to make an agreement on a Rs 100/- Stamp paper purchased by the 
candidate at the time of joining. 
6.  Terms & Conditions:- (a) The tenure of Sr. Residency is for a period  of 03 years 
including any service rendered as SR earlier on ad-hoc/ regular basis in any institution. (b) 
The appointment will be initially for a period of one year, which could be extendable for a 
period of 03 years on an annual basis, subject to satisfactory work and conduct report from 
Head of Deptt. (c)  The service will be governed by Residency Scheme and terms & 
conditions of the agreement. (d) The candidates who are already in Govt. service shall apply 
through proper channel. (e) No TA/DA shall be paid  for attending the interview. (f) The 
candidates while appearing for interview will produce all relevant original documents along 
with one number of attested photocopies of all testimonial/ certificates and one passport 
size photograph.  
7.  Last Date: The duly filled application should reach latest by  25 Nov, 2011 by 
4:00PM. The application may also be dropped, by hand, in  the box available in the 
Chamber of the Joint Director. The envelope containing application form should 
superscribe “ Application for the post of SR – Speciality ________”
