NOTICE FOR ENGAGEMENT OF MEMBERS FOR 
TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
Application are invited by the Director General, Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Panchdeep Bhawan, C.I.G. Marg, New Delhi-110 002 for appointment of members for Technical Advisory Committee to assist in evaluation & monitoring the progress of its ongoing Capital Works from recently retired Govt. / PSUs officers of the rank of Chief Engineer / Equivalent rank in PSUs:-

Qualification:
a. Should have a degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
b. Should have worked at the level of Chief Engineer in CPWD or in any Government / Public Organization for at least 2 years.  
c. Should have rich experience in major project implementation at a senior level in planning monitoring and cost and quality control. 
d. Should be below 62 years of age as on 01-09-2011.
Preference shall be given to those with experience in use of Information 
Technology for planning, monitoring and evaluation of large capital projects. 
Experience in health sector would be an added qualification. 
The selected incumbent would be a member of a Technical Advisory Committee to review the ongoing works and guide the Construction Division of the Corporation on technical matters. The review would include estimates, programs, Quality Assurance, progress monitoring, problems encountered and corrective 
actions required on a regular basis.The members will be required to go for site inspections for quality assurance, submit site inspection notes & give presentation to DG once in a month. The members will be paid Rs.5000/- per diem apart from Travelling Allowance for this purpose. 

Over & above, the members might be required to meet once in a month for review and on other days whenever the employer desires. For this purpose also, the members will be paid Rs. 5000/- per diem. 
No other remuneration on any account shall be paid.The interested candidates may submit their applications giving therein their complete bio-data along with the copies of documents in support of their
