Engagement of Engineers on Contract Basis

Assistant Engineer (Civil): 01

Consolidated monthly remuneration: 28,000/-

Junior Engineer (Electrical): 01

Consolidated monthly remuneration : 21,000/-

Applications are invited in the prescribed form for engagement of engineers for rendering contractual services of
engineering, consultancy, designing, estimating, supervision and evaluation, including project execution on standalone basis in ESI Hospital, Rohini as detailed hereunder :

No other perks/benefits such as HRA, Transport Allowance, Medical Reimbursement and Leave with pay are admissible. Proportionate deduction shall be made from the consolidated remuneration payable for
days of absence from duty.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS :
 

A. ASSISTANT ENGINEER (CIVIL) –
a. Essential Qualification:
i. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
ii. Person who should have honourably retired in the rank of Assistant Engineer or above from
CPWD/State PWD/Central or State PSUs/Railways/Central or State Govt. Deptt./Autonomous
Bodies of the Central Govt. need only apply.
iii. Person should have a minimum experience of 20 years in government service.
b. Desirable Qualification :
i. Persons who retired in last 2 years as on 15.06.11
ii. Persons having Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering,
iii. Having working knowledge of computers viz MS Office, MS Windows, Excel, etc and PERT/CPM
techniques.
B. JUNIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICIAL)
a. Essential Qualification:
i. Degree/Diploma in Electric Engineering from recognized University/Institution.
ii. Person who should have honourably retired in the rank of Junior Engineer or above from
CPWD/State PWD/Central or State PSUs/Railways/Central or State Govt. Deptt./Autonomous
Bodies of the Central Govt. need only apply.
iii. Person should have a minimum experience of 20 years in government service.
b. Desirable Qualification :
i. Persons who retired in last 2 years as on 15.06.11,
ii. Persons having Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Electric Engineering,.
iii. Having working knowledge of computers viz MS Office, MS Windows, Excel, etc and PERT/CPM
techniques.
SELECTION PROCESS :
The selection will be through a walk-in personal interview to be held at Delhi. Individual must be physically fit,
motivated, dynamic and result oriented and willing to join immediately after selection. No TA/DA will be paid for
appearing in the interview. Date for Walk-in-interview is 17.06.2011 at 11 A.M at ESI Hospital Rohini, Sec. 15.
N.Delhi.
HOW TO APPLY AND CONDITIONS : - a. The application should be accompanied by a Demand Draft of Rs. 100/-
issued (after the date of publication of advertisement) in favour of ESI Fund Account No. 1 payable at New Delhi,
clipped on the top of the application. b. The applicant/candidate must bring following documents/testimonials
duly attested by an Executive Engineer or above rank : i) 2 numbers of recent passport size photographs one of
which must be fixed (not stapled) on the application form, ii) Photocopy of Date of Birth Certificate iii) Photocopies
of Degree/Diploma in support of technical qualification, iv) Photocopy of Pension Payment Order from the officer
where served last, v) Experience/service certificates from the employers in support of requisite length of service,
vi) proof of residence (where stationed at present), vii) permanent address.

Documents/testimonials in original shall also have to be produced by the applicants/candidates t the time
of interview failing which interview may be denied and no further opportunity may be given.
