Essential Qualification EMRS Teaching and Non Teaching Recruitment

Principal: Master’s Degree with 50% marks + B.Ed. with 50% marks + Relevant teaching/admin experience.
PGT: Master’s Degree with 50% marks in the concerned subject + B.Ed. with 50% marks.
TGT: Bachelor’s Degree with 50% marks in the concerned subject + B.Ed. with 50% marks + CTET qualification.
Female Staff Nurse: B.Sc. Nursing
Hostel Warden: Graduation Degree in any discipline.
Accountant: Graduation Degree in Commerce.
Jr. Secretariat Assistant: 12th
Lab Attendant: 10th, Diploma in Lab Technique OR 12th Passed with Science.

Selection Process EMRS Teaching and Non Teaching Recruitment

The selection process for all teaching posts consists of two written exams:

Tier-I: This is a qualifying exam of 100 marks. It includes sections on General Awareness, Reasoning, Teaching Aptitude, and Domain Knowledge.
Tier-II: This is the main exam for selection. It is subject-specific and has both objective and descriptive questions.
Interview: Only for the post of Principal.

The final merit list for PGT and TGT will be prepared based on Tier-II marks. For Principal, 80% weightage is for Tier-II and 20% for the interview.
