STAFF NURSE:
Salary: For Staff Nurse/GNM: Pay Scale of Rs 16,800/-Rs 60,500/- with Grade Pay of Rs 6,800/-
Educational Qualifications: Passed GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from any Govt. Medical College of India/Govt. Approved Institute after passing 10+2. Must be registered with State Nursing Council of Assam.
Reservation for SC, ST and OBC/MOBC categories shall be as per existing rules prescribed by Govt. of Assam. The selected candidates will be appointed against the posts available in the following Power Stations, which is transferable within the Corporation. (i) Lakwa Thermal Power Station, Maibella, Charaideo. (ii) Namrup Thermal Power Station, Namrup, Dibrugarh. (iii) Karbi Langpi Hydro Electric Project, Lengery, Karbi Anglong

Age: The upper age limit is relaxed upto 47 years (Forty Seven) for OBC/MOBC candidates, 49 years (Forty Nine) for SC/ST candidates and 45 years (Forty Five) for departmental candidates.
Application Fee (Non-refundable): Rs. 500.00 (Rupees five hundred) only in case of General/OBC & MOBC category of candidates and in case Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category of candidates Rs. 250.00 (Rupees two fifty) only payable by Demand Draft to be pledged in favour of Deputy General Manager (F&A), APGCL,3rd Floor, Bijulee Bhawan, Paltanbazar, Guwahati- 781001. If any candidate does not pay or pay less than amount prescribed, his candidatures will automatically be cancelled.
Important Instructions: 1. Applications in the prescribed format available in APGCL’s website www.apgcl.org duly completed and signed, along with certified photocopies of all relevant documents in support of age, educational qualifications, proof of Domicile etc. are to be sent to General Manager (HR), APGCL, 3rd Floor, Bijulee Bhawan, Paltan Bazar, Guwahati-781001 on or before 14/01/2019. 2. The candidates must be citizen of India and domicile of Assam. 3. The applications in the prescribed format of the eligible departmental candidates must be routed “Through Proper Channel”. 4. Applicants working in Govt./Semi-Govt./Public Undertakings/Statutory Bodies should produce ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their present employer along with the application, failing which his/her candidature will not be considered. 5. Caste Certificates of SC/ST/OBC/MOBC should have been issued by the competent Authority. 6. Incomplete application/ application without requisite enclosures/photograph/ demand draft of application fee/ application not fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be summarily rejected. No communication in this regard shall be entertained by APGCL. 7. Canvassing directly or indirectly shall disqualify the candidature. 8. APGCL reserves the right to cancel this advertisement without any prior notice to the candidates.
